Job Title: Children's Support Worker
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team in Tonbridge. This role involves providing personalised care to children with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
Key Duties
- Provide individualised support to children in their own homes, promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviour.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to help children thrive.
Benefits
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.75 - £19.75 per hour, paid weekly.
- Flexible working hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

- Paid travel expenses up to 40p per mile.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Experience or willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
