Personal Care Assistant - Healthcare

We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant - Healthcare to join our team at Oakland Care. In this role, you will provide personal care and support to our residents, promoting independence and dignity.

As a Personal Care Assistant - Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding and challenging environment, making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for residents, ensuring dietary requirements are met
  • Engage residents in daily activities, promoting social interaction and well-being
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
