Sensory Support Assistant

As a Sensory Support Assistant, you will form part of a dedicated team delivering person-centered care and support, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sensory support plans, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for service users
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes and promote independence
What We Offer:
- Salary £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and willingness to drive company cars
