Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Care Assistant in Supported Living Services to join our team at Pound Road, East Peckham, Kent. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans to promote independence and community engagement.
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for working with people with autism and other complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including:
