Job Overview
Oakland Care seeks an experienced Senior Care Services Manager to lead our luxury senior living community in Hildenborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.

Salary and Benefits
£85,000 Per annum plus bonus (Based on KPI's)

Responsibilities
Ensure the home is fully compliant with CQC regulations
Develop communication links and relationships in the local community
Monitor and improve standards of care through coaching and mentoring
Participate in Quality Audits and provide feedback to Heads of Departments
Analyse financial statements and manage budgets
Lead people management in the home including Recruitment, Employee Relations, and general leadership

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in Care Home Management
Genuine passion for elderly and dementia care
Clinical expertise and full understanding of CQC regulations and compliance guidelines
Solid understanding of commercial aspects of the business
Good overall CQC rating in the last 6 months
Driving licence and Active NMC pin number
