About the Role:

Job Description:

  • Provide personalized care and support to customers, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities, such as washing and dressing, medication, and household chores.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Benefits:

  • Hourly rates starting from £13.00ph up to £13.80ph.
  • 30p mileage allowance & £11.44ph travel time.
  • £5 per month phone allowance.
  • Guaranteed hours contract available.

Requirements:

  • A compassionate and caring individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: Estimated salary is £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on 25-35 hours per week.
