Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker for People with Autism to join our team at Pound Road, East Peckham, Kent. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Job Description

As a Support Worker for People with Autism, your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered support to our residents, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans to promote independence and community engagement.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for working with people with autism and other complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
