Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Manager to join our team at KnoWho. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationships, with experience in account management, business development, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will work closely with our client services team to deliver high-quality client service, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. With a focus on driving business growth and engagement, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing client growth strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client growth strategies
  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Deliver high-quality client service on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the client-facing industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agency experience and understanding of current trends in the industry

The salary for this role is £50k-60k per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
