About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Client Growth Strategist to drive business growth and innovation at our technology-led content studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and a proven track record in delivering video and content projects across diverse media platforms.

The salary for this position is approximately £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide our teams to deliver cutting-edge, industry-leading projects and pitches
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organisation
  • Recruit and mentor new team members as the company expands

Requirements:

  • Depth of experience as a Senior Account Director or equivalent Commercial Client leadership role
  • Proven track record in delivering video and content projects across diverse media platforms
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing high-value client relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs
