The role of Business Growth Strategist at TPS involves delivering sales targets and growing a loyal customer base across multiple TPS Centres. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this position requires being a brand and product expert, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working closely with Centre Managers to create and implement a sales strategy that increases revenues from mechanical customers while maintaining a loyal customer base.

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Area Sales Manager and Centre Managers to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Becoming an expert in Volkswagen Group products and services, providing excellent customer support and guidance
  • Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring high-quality service delivery
