We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team at TÜV Rheinland Europe. This exciting role offers a unique chance to drive business expansion, foster long-term relationships with key customers, and contribute to the company's continued success.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted strategies to increase revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand our market presence in the UK High Hazards industry.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Your expertise in solution selling, negotiation, and consultative sales will enable you to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and close deals that drive business growth.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project and functional engineering, to deliver value-added services and solutions that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in key account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the UK High Hazards industry.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Engineering Discipline, Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent English language skills (B2 Upper intermediate) and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in key account management or a related field, with a strong background in solution selling and negotiation.
  • Experience working in intercultural teams is highly desirable.
