Job Overview

Flowd is a fast-growing marketing brand in the UK, aiming to become leaders in our space. We have an international team of 40 across Manchester (UK), New York (US), and Skopje (NM), and are expanding globally.

We seek someone who can bring innovative ideas, exceed expectations, and be part of our journey.

This is a hybrid and full-time position that requires a top-tier professional to drive business growth forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify new clients based on budget, need, and shared values for long-term partnerships.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch our services to potential clients, leveraging sales instincts and personality.
  • Manage a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients for win-win outcomes.
  • Grow client revenue, handle client portfolios, and manage referrals, renewals, and upsells.
  • Lead onboarding processes, present performance calls to clients, and measure retention rates.
  • Understand customer needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business.
  • Communicate quarterly/annual progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of building and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close, and manage businesses.
  • Strong account management, client interface, and presentation skills, with in-depth understanding of client business drivers and buying cycles.
  • The ability to think on your feet, build rapport with diverse characters, and be proactive and results-driven.
  • Excellent time management skills, commercial acumen, and interpersonal abilities to foster long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation, meeting client requirements, and outstanding communication skills.
