About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Account Director to drive business growth and maintain exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies, managing client budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies to meet client needs and goals
  • Managing client budgets to ensure projects meet financial constraints and agency profitability targets
  • Leading project kick-off meetings and debriefs to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Significant experience in digital marketing, account management, and strategic planning
  • Proven track record of account growth through digital development and performance marketing
  • Exceptional client relationship management abilities, leadership skills, and communication
  • Strong strategic mindset
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring team members

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
