Client Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Client Growth Specialist to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our FinTech team, you will play a crucial role in driving client growth and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, supporting project initiatives, and delivering excellent service across all accounts.
The company offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours and hybrid working options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent and positive engagement.
- Account Maintenance & Growth: Identify and support growth opportunities across client accounts by understanding and assessing client needs.
- Project Support & Coordination: Facilitate the implementation of new client initiatives and paid projects, supporting activities such as running client meetings and maintaining project documentation.
