Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to develop personalized recovery plans
  • Collaborate with other social care providers to ensure a comprehensive support network
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients achieve their goals
Requirements:
  • ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience working in health, social care, or criminal justice
  • Understanding of mutual aid groups and community resources
  • Comfortable using IT and digital media
  • Flexibility with working hours
