About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs in the community setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage complex caseloads, including specialist assessments and care planning.
  • Participate in the setting of quality standards and auditing of practice.
  • Administer medication and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care.
  • Deliver a range of interventions, including pharmacological and psychologically informed interventions.
  • Complete and contribute to robust risk assessments and risk management plans.

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse on NMC Register.
  • Experience of working with people experiencing mental health-related difficulties.
  • Experience of working with people who have difficulty engaging with services and have complex mental health needs.
