Main ResponsibilitiesThe post holder will be responsible for assessing care needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. They will also participate in the setting of quality standards, auditing, and reviewing practice in line with current clinical guidance and policy.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with people experiencing mental health-related difficulties and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice. They will also be able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. The post holder will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people, including those with complex mental health needs, and will be supported by a dedicated team of professionals.
Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will be a registered mental health nurse with experience of working in a community setting. They will have a strong understanding of mental health theory and practice and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
