Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with schools to provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within schools
  • Offer guidance for education teams on implementing Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice
  • Supervise agreed members of the clinical team
  • Communicate with families/carers and specialist agencies
  • Engage in professional development training for all staff
Essential Criteria
  • A doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils
  • Able to work as part of a team and be self-reliant
