  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and continue professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

  • Relevant qualifications, such as ONC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience working in health, social care, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Proficiency in using IT and digital media
