At CV-Library, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our busy office switchboard. This part-time role will see you working 3 days a week, providing administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for making refreshments, preparing meeting rooms and running errands.

The Role
  • Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
  • Providing administrative support, including scanning and photocopying
  • Making refreshments
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Completing checklists as instructed
  • Running errands, such as buying office supplies
  • Helping to maintain a tidy office environment
Person Specification
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
  • Reception/Switchboard experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Experience dealing with customers on the telephone
  • NVQs or qualifications in business administration
  • Law or legal services experience desirable
Salary & Benefits

Salary: £24,672 per annum

Standard working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Monday-Thursday), 8:30am-5pm (Friday)

Holidays: 23 days/year (rising to 26 days), plus public/bank holidays
