Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled B2B Dispatch Operations Specialist to coordinate and deploy field engineers, ensuring timely and efficient services for customers. This role involves dispatching engineers based on location and skills, managing scheduling systems, and providing regular updates.

Estimated Salary Range

  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage job schedules using software, prioritizing tasks based on customer needs and urgency
  • Collaborate with management to resolve any issues that may arise during job execution
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their expectations and resolving conflicts
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing solutions and feedback for improvement

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or operations role
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles
  • Conflict resolution skills and a proactive approach to handling customer escalations
  • Ability to use multiple systems and applications simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
