**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction for our discerning clientele. This position is designed to develop into a leadership role, providing a unique opportunity for career growth within the luxury automotive sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Event Coordination: Organize and execute exclusive events and experiences for our customers, showcasing the brand's luxury and innovation.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any concerns or issues.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably within the luxury goods or automotive industry.

- Strong organisational and project management abilities, ensuring flawless execution of events and initiatives.
