Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Administrator to join our dynamic team at Zachary Daniels. As a Service Support Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that operational support requests are handled efficiently.


Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Receiving, recording, and processing incoming customer support requests via phone and email.">
  • Using our In-house system to log customer support requests accurately and promptly.">
  • Creating accurate quotations, estimates, or proposals for chargeable work and support services.">
  • Coordinating both chargeable and non-chargeable support requests, ensuring they meet company standards and service level agreements.">
  • Ensuring all required documentation is obtained and recorded, and issuing invoices for chargeable work in line with client payment terms.">
  • Producing and reviewing support-related reports for the Head of Support Services.">
  • Responding to customer queries or concerns and escalating when necessary.">
  • Participating in relevant meetings and working closely with technicians, management, customers, and suppliers.">
  • Undertaking other duties as required to support the business needs.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • Scheduling experience (beneficial).">
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.">
  • Experience in producing customer quotations and estimates.">
  • Knowledge of processing supplier and sub-contractor purchase orders.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.">
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.">
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.">

This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £28k per annum, plus benefits including:
