Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Head of Partnerships to lead our strategic alliances and drive growth in the Defence and Security ecosystem.

This role requires a strong understanding of the science & technology ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive outreach strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to add value to our stakeholders.

Your Key Areas of Focus Include:

  • Drafting an outreach strategy and action plan to expand our reach and impact.
  • Developing a strategic partnership pipeline to enhance our market presence and growth potential.
  • Building relationships with the emerging technologies and start-up ecosystem, including the investment community, R&D and universities, government agencies, associations, and more.
  • Designing and delivering key high-profile ecosystem events that showcase the UK and NATO's strong innovation capabilities.
  • Finding opportunities to add value to our stakeholders across the UK's Defence and Security ecosystem and beyond.

Requirements and Qualifications

You must have a strong appreciation and passion for IoT Tribe's mission, with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will be a graduate and have clearly demonstrated the ability to:

  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, with great attention to detail.
  • Engage and interact with C-level decision makers from a wide variety of industries and the public sector.
  • Possess strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Understand the advanced technology landscape and how key enabling technologies are adopted.
  • Have an extensive network of contacts within the corporate technology & innovation ecosystem.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £72,000 - £77,000 per annum, based in White City, London, with occasional travel. If you're passionate about driving growth and impact, we invite you to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of innovation.
