About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Jimmy's Jobs of the Future. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and driving growth strategies for our podcast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the podcast
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
  • Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive engagement and revenue
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the media or podcasting industry
  • Strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the industry
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
