We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Partnerships and Business Development to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partnerships strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Lead a team of business development professionals to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership plans
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and manage partnership budgets and forecasts
- Identify and mitigate partnership risks and opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, with a strong track record of success
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of business development professionals
