Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Head of Partnerships and Business Development** to lead our partnerships and growth strategy in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a holistic partnership strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of 6 people, comprising Business Development and Account Management functions across Growth Partnerships, Affiliates, and Retail Media.
  • Manage the partnership pipeline execution and build a plan to achieve conversion and revenue targets.
  • Oversee business proposals and sales tactics used to acquire new partners.
  • Lead strategic conversations and relationships with local vendors and key partners in our portfolio.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and industry expertise to identify new growth levers and channel development tactics.
  • Collaborate with analytics, tech, and design teams on strategic initiatives in the partnership field.
  • Audit and improve team performance, reporting to senior internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in the Affiliates and/or Partnerships landscape with a strong focus on Business Development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and numbers focus.
  • Excellent negotiation, creative, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Work Schedule

Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times (role dependent).
