We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting students with moderate learning difficulties, autism, and communication challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complexities of special educational needs, be highly organized, and able to multitask with ease. A competitive salary of around £28,000-£33,000 per annum, dependent on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support to students with complex needs, including behavior management and crisis intervention
  • Coordinating with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, assessments, and reports
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with students, colleagues, and external agencies
  • Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities
