Support Staff for Children with Autism

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Staff member to join our team at a specialist school in Enfield, catering to children with Autism.
**Job Summary:**
This full-time, long-term role involves working closely with children, teachers, and other support staff to provide individualised support and education. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children with ASD and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supporting children with Autism in their educational and personal development
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to set targets and implement plans
- Utilising the school's state-of-the-art facilities to enhance learning experiences
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience supporting children with Autism
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks
- Literacy and numeracy skills at a good level
