Advanced Therapeutic Support for Children with Autism

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, providing advanced therapeutic support for children with Autism in London schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with experience in multi-disciplinary working and HCPC registration to work as part of a dynamic team, delivering clinical support and leadership roles.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years experience working in the specialist field of Autism, and a strong understanding of evidence-based approaches to intervention in Autism.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering specialist clinical therapy services, working with parents, carers, education staff, and multidisciplinary teams. You will also provide supervision for therapists across schools, conduct onsite visits, and review session plans and reports.

A strong track record of providing highly specialist evidence-based services for Autistic children and young people is essential, as well as experience in clinical supervision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

We offer a competitive salary of £48,500 - £52,800 per annum, plus London Weighting, and a range of benefits including pension, generous Annual Leave allowance, and ongoing CPD and clinical supervision.
