**Job Description:**

**Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust** seeks a highly skilled and experienced Therapeutic Services Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the nursing team, you will lead and manage a team of nurses, providing high-quality holistic care to children and families within a CAMHS therapeutic milieu.

You will have a strong understanding of professional and current issues in children's nursing, including research and evidence-based practice. You will also have experience of managing teams, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
