We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Therapeutic Pipeline to join our team at Serna Bio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the expansion and advancement of our therapeutic pipeline by developing and executing strategic plans for target selection, drug discovery/development, and early clinical work.

About the Role
  • Lead Therapeutic Pipeline: Develop and execute strategic plans for target selection, drug discovery/development, and early clinical work.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Team: Ensure seamless integration of programs with the Serna Bio ChemAI Platform.
Key Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: PhD in molecular biology or a related field, with at least 8 years of industry experience in hit to lead and lead optimisation for drug discovery programs.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and prioritise among multiple projects, efficiently advancing them to Proof of Concept and no-go decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, manage different projects, and deliver to defined timelines.
