Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uniphar Medtech. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers across various medical device specialities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing timely and professional support through various communication channels.
- Process and manage sales orders and stock transfer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer commitments are met.
- Provide customer quotations in a timely manner and to a professional standard.
- Support the sales team in managing key customer accounts and creating sales reports as needed.
- Actively contribute to a fast-paced team environment, executing core business processes effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Ensure excellent quality service is delivered, with all correspondence handled in a timely manner in accordance with targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Previous experience working in a medical device/pharmaceutical regulatory environment is an advantage.
- Exceptional ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Deliver measurable results, make and meet commitments.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding set KPIs and targets.
- Attention to detail, ensuring work is executed accurately and completely.
- Demonstrates energy, real initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team approach.
- Professional and effective communicator, written and oral, with strong telephone skills.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to adapt within a change environment.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness to deliver a high-quality service.
- Strong administrative and IT/computing skills.
- Previous experience of working with Navision or Microsoft Business Central is an advantage.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
