Job Summary:
- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the UK market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, although not essential.
