Automotive Sales Director

The successful Trainee Car Sales Manager will earn up to £50,000 basic salary, with opportunities to earn an additional £30,000 through over-time payments. You will also be eligible for a company car and other benefits. To be considered for this role, applicants must have solid experience selling finance products and warranty, as well as results-driven mindset and strong communication skills.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the Car Sales department, overseeing all aspects of sales and customer service
- Work closely with the Sales Team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and maximize revenue
- Minimum 3 years of experience in car sales, with a focus on finance and warranty products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
