The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our business strategy in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and expansion in the UK market.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate with senior-level stakeholders to secure business deals and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-specific strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
