Key Responsibilities- Business Growth and Profitability: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profit growth in all clinics, ensuring the country's P&L is optimized.

- Market Leadership: Establish Impress as a recognized market leader in the country, through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and driving customer loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of all clinics, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Verify compliance with sales and operations processes, and ensure the implementation of effective risk management strategies.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales teams, hygienists, and dentists on sales best practices and KPIs.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and governing bodies, ensuring the success of Impress in the country.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the UK market.
- Sales and P&L Management: Proven track record of sales success and P&L management, with a deep understanding of the UK business landscape.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to take ownership of initiatives.
