Country Director - UK

About the Role:

RTB House is seeking a seasoned Country Director to lead our UK operations and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for executing our market strategy and overseeing the performance of our UK office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales, finance, and operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our services.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to share best practices and drive consistency across our operations.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • 10+ years of experience in direct sales, with a strong understanding of the online environment and e-commerce market in the UK.
  • 10+ years of team management experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Business network and experience to present to C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of retargeting and RTB model.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising market in the UK ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable ability to forecast sales and build sales plans.
  • Demonstrable ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
