The Country Sales Manager for Todd Consulting will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales operations, distribution network, and market presence within the UK. This strategic leadership role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with extensive experience in sales, distribution, and team management.

Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth:

  • Set challenging & achievable sales targets for the team & distributors and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and implement necessary adjustments in our strategy & tactics to meet objectives.
  • Develop and execute Marketing & Sales strategies to drive growth and enhance market penetration for our products in the country.
  • Understand the correct demographics of the country to ensure we have the best penetration for each product in our portfolio.

Distribution Network Management:

  • Build and maintain a robust distribution network, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to enhance sales performance.
  • Identify any new potential Distributors which can enhance the brand image & revenue for the group after completely understanding their past performance and capability matrix.

Performance Tracking:

  • Identify key products which have become either slow moving or non performing and ascertain the key reasons why after meeting key stakeholders – end users, distributors & partners.
  • Develop a clear strategy to overcome these challenges which is communicated to all relevant stakeholders and monitor KPIs to track performance and measure success against targets.
  • Understand and identify the accurate performance of our competitors to produce and up to date market share analysis for our key products across the range.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to anticipate market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and distribution team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure effective logistics and inventory management to meet customer demands and minimize stock outs.
  • Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and compliance.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, builders, architects, specifiers, and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer issues and feedback promptly and effectively.

Marketing & Brand Communication:

  • Plan and execute key promotional events for our specific key customers, builders, architects, and specifiers to experience our unique products across the group/range.
  • Create awareness for our current experience centers which can enhance footfalls & visitors.
  • Develop & enhance sales tools to support our brand awareness through micro-websites, POS material, and catalogues, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and distribution management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the sanitary products or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a large distribution network.
  • In-depth understanding of the UK market and consumer behavior in the sanitary products sector.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· High level of integrity and professionalism.
