About the Role:
The Transformation Unit is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Interim Head of Function for Children's Mental Health Services. This is a key role within our organization, providing an opportunity to influence and shape care and outcomes for children and young people.
Responsibilities:
- Line management of service managers and professional leads
- Ensuring the service is a great place to work, embedding a devolved culture
- Managing budget and resources to achieve strategic objectives
- Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to improve service delivery
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of successfully completing change management programs
- Experience of managing a dispersed workforce and collaborating with colleagues across the Trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
