At Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to join our Adult Acute Mental Health Ward at St Georges Hospital in Stafford. The successful candidate will have extensive post-registration experience of working with adults experiencing mental health-related difficulties, including those with complex needs. They will be responsible for guiding and undertaking clinical assessments, developing therapeutic interventions, and providing consultation and support to other healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,036 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including opportunities for career development and progression, a generous annual leave entitlement, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
