Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of the integrated Neurodevelopmental pathway
  • Collaborating with the Head of Operations and other stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Ensuring services operate within Lean management principles
  • Developing and coaching Team Managers in the Trust's approach to Quality Improvement

Person Specification:

  • Holder of a management/leadership qualification
  • Masters Degree or demonstrate equivalent level of professional experience/knowledge
  • Formal Quality Improvement Training
