The estimated salary for this position is £62,215 - £72,293 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Interim Head of Function for Children's Mental Health Services. As part of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for effective service line management, operational delivery, workforce management, and ensuring quality and safety within your area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing appropriate governance and transforming services in alignment with national and local priorities
  • Managing a dispersed workforce and collaborating with colleagues across the Trust
  • Ensuring services meet key performance indicators and internal and external targets, identifying risks and mitigating actions
  • Liaising with partners and stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A holder of a management/leadership qualification
  • Masters Degree or demonstrate equivalent level of professional experience/knowledge
  • Formal Quality Improvement Training
