Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to families, addressing complex issues and developing personalized plans.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive support and effective outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records within the Integrated Childrens System framework, adhering to Directorate Policies and Procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and relevant legislation.
  • Proven experience in social work, particularly in areas related to family support and child protection.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
