Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Social Work Professional to join our Assessment & Staying Together teams in Stafford, Town Centre. The ideal candidate will have a social work degree and be registered with the Social Work England (SWE), with post-qualifying experience in social work.

You will be responsible for leading on or contributing to projects as directed by the team manager, providing professional supervision to unqualified staff, and mentoring social work colleagues through assistance with complex cases. The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You must have knowledge of legislation and guidance underpinning delivery of children's social care, a full UK driving licence, and demonstrated ability in improving outcomes for children and young people.
