Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing allocations of fostering families and ensuring that all work is prioritized according to our Directorates' Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • To carry out a range of Social Work tasks as allocated by the Team Manager;
  • Holding and managing allocations of fostering families;
  • Prioritizing all work in accordance with the Directorates' Policies and Procedures;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of social work principles and practices is also essential.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
