Job Description

As a key member of our team at Job Switch Ltd, the Care Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out a range of Social Work tasks as allocated by the Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage allocations of fostering families and prioritize work in accordance with Directorates Policies and Procedures, standing orders, budgets, and relevant legislation.
  • To hold regular reviews and assessments to ensure the well-being and safety of children in foster care.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with Childrens Services policies and procedures.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
