Job Description:

At Job Switch Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our social work team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks allocated by the Team Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

1. **Case Management:** You will be responsible for managing allocations of fostering families and prioritizing all work in accordance with the Directorates Policies and Procedures, standing orders, and relevant legislation.

2. **Compliance:** You will ensure that you comply at all times with the policy and procedures of Childrens Services in respect of all aspects of your work.

3. **Communication:** You will maintain effective communication with colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people. You should have a deep understanding of child welfare and family support principles, as well as experience working within a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
