We are looking for a Child and Family Services Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. This is a 3-month contract position working within the Cheshire East Council.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of children with EHCPs, attending annual reviews, and updating plans as needed. They will also work closely with healthcare, education, and vocational providers to secure placements for young people with SEND.

Requirements
  • Graduate level qualification in Education, Social Work, Health-related field or Psychology.
  • Experience in statutory assessments, EHCP development, and management of children with SEND.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
