About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Specialist to lead our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CYPMHS 0-18) in East Cheshire. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Psychoanalytic Therapist with a strong background in child and adolescent psychotherapy.

The role offers a rare opportunity to work closely with the Trust-wide Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, local Clinical Co-ordinator, Operational Team Manager, and Specialist CYPMHS Clinicians to deliver high-quality child and adolescent psychotherapy and psychoanalytically informed services to local children, young people, and families.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate diploma or Master's degree in child and adolescent psychotherapy, recognized by the Association of Child Psychotherapists, and full membership of the same association. They will also have extensive experience working with children and young people presenting severe and complex difficulties, including psychopathology, family dynamics, and institutional issues.

We are offering a competitive salary of £63,000 - £76,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
